In this mentoring program with TE Connectivity, Kiron learners with a forced migration background all around Europe will have the opportunity to engage in six individual online sessions with experienced TE employees. These sessions aim to give the mentees valuable career and work cultural insights, enhancing their professional skills and fostering connections between newcomers and local workers.
The mentoring program will kick off in April 2024 with a welcome session, offering mentors and mentees a detailed overview of the program and the opportunity to address any questions regarding the elements contributing to a successful mentoring relationship. Additionally, Kiron will provide an updated mentoring handbook for mentors and mentees equipped with valuable resources.
Throughout the program, both Kiron and TE teams will monitor the process, ensuring that participants’ feedback is actively addressed. The program will conclude at the end of June with a celebration session.
