Since 2015, we at Kiron have been developing our online learning platform in order to provide free educational opportunities to thousands of refugees and underserved communities around the world. The pandemic has evoked a rapid need for accessible and personalized digital education solutions. As a result, we decided to open our technology to more people and share our longstanding edtech experience.

Today, we are thrilled to launch Kiron Digital. We deliver digital learning solutions with social impact. Our team supports every step of the way to digitalize your individual educational context by designing high-quality learning environments to reach your target group.

Tailor your learning programs to your target group

In just 4-6 weeks, we can get your personalized platform up and running and serving the needs of your users. We stay up to date with data privacy laws and through our cloud based software, any extensions or updates are automatically added. Online and offline learning seamlessly meshed through integrated video conferencing tools and diverse formats combined with our tracking and analytics platform, will enable you optimize your offerings to fit your learners.

We developed platforms for +45,000 learners

Government agencies, universities, NGOs and other social enterprises have already used our technology to reach their learners and provide educational opportunities to more than 45,000 people. Last year, the Young Universities for the Future of Europe (YUFE) Alliance, launched the YUFE Student Portal developed by Kiron Digital to facilitate academic training, virtual mobility, continuous learning and cultural exchange across the Virtual Campus.

Why choose a social business?

Not only does our product address the most important issues present in current LMS platforms, our social business model will contribute to financing our nonprofit Kiron Open Higher Education and supporting the educational and professional growth of underserved communities globally. That way, we want to shape new paths of how education is financed for those, who cannot pay for it themselves. Our goal is to invest in inclusive education and solve problems that have been ignored for too long together. Join us on our mission to make education accessible to all.

Meet the Management Board

Having been integral to Kiron OHE’s success over the past few years, Sabrina Konzok and Hannes Krengel will be managing Kiron Digital and acting as liaisons between the social enterprise and the nonprofit.

Sabrina Konzok
Sabrina has been working on education and social innovation for over a decade and has established various ecosystems from the Red Cross at international level to the Social Entrepreneurship Network in Berlin.

“Given the rapid changes due to digitalisation, how we educate determines how our future will look like. As a social enterprise, we want to shape new paths for financing education for all.” - Sabrina

Hannes Krengel

Hannes is a proud dad and (office) dog owner, who has built digital products over the past decade from scratch that served hundreds of thousands of users globally.

Get in touch! Discover our website www.kiron.digital and reach out if you are interested in adapting your educational programs or book a product tour to see the software in action.

We see the chance to turn a unique product into a platform that will enable organisations to leap forward into digitalization. Our goal is to create an ecosystem of Campuses around the globe that will mutually benefit from each other's efforts in educating their target groups.
