Frequently Asked Questions
How can I join Kiron Mentoring Programs?
Arrow Done black
As a Kiron learner, you can sign up for open mentoring programs by visiting our Kiron Campus. We regularly advertise our new programs via email, so make sure you keep an eye on your inbox! If you are a company or organization interested in joining our mentoring program as a mentor or coach, contact our team, and we will be happy to look into ways of collaborating together.
Is the mentoring program online?
Arrow Done black
Yes, Kiron is an expert in fostering meaningful connections via digital solutions. Of course, if the mentor and mentee happen to be located in the same city, we encourage an offline meeting.
How does the program work?
Arrow Done black
Our mentoring program is structured in 6 to 8 online sessions of 60 minutes. However, the specificities depend on the partnership established and the availability of mentors and mentees. Before the program starts, mentors and mentees are required to provide information through a short application form. This data will include professional background, language, interests, goals, location, and availability. Our mentoring software uses predefined criteria to determine compatibility. However, our team will always review and adjust the pairs to guarantee that mentors and mentees are matched effectively.
