Join us and collaborate in the following areas
Female empowerment
Support us in bringing digital education to female refugees worldwide
Support us in bringing digital education to female refugees worldwide
Refugee women face more obstacles than almost any other group when accessing education or the job market: family responsibilities, care work, and informal and unpaid labour – all prevent young women from fulfilling their potential.
We believe in the amazing abilities and resilience of our female learners. That is why we provide the tools they need to shape their own lives and tell their own stories. Female Empowerment is at the heart of what we do, be it through specific projects, campaigns, or features on our digital Kiron Campus, our female students find a supportive and productive community with Kiron. Yet, we have a long way to go: Today only around 25% of our students are women. If a woman thrives, communities prosper. Join us in supporting the female change makers of tomorrow.

Arriving in a new country poses particular challenges: orientation in new systems, overcoming language barriers and finding a community are just some examples where Kiron is making a real difference in the lives of refugees and displaced people.
Through Kiron, students have free access to language classes, to courses ranging from business to social work topics, and to a vibrant online community where they find support and advice. By learning new skills, connecting with a community and receiving orientation support, Kiron students can take the first steps towards settling and integrating into their new communities. Support us in expanding our offer and making it available to even more refugees worldwide/in a particular country.
Transforming education access in the Middle East
Help us bringing blended education to communities in the Middle East
Help us bringing blended education to communities in the Middle East
Syria’s neighboring countries are disproportionately affected by the Syrian conflict. That is why Kiron has offices in Amman, Jordan, and Beirut, Lebanon, to provide students with crucial support and our unique blended learning program.
Students can access our courses online but they also have the option of becoming part of our vibrant offline communities by completing certificate programs and participating in our events. Almost 2000 students learn with us in Jordan and Lebanon alone. Through Kiron they were able to found their own business, to access university or to improve their language and community leadership skills. Support our work in Jordan and Lebanon and help us to bring blended education to communities in the Middle East.
Digital Communities
Putting people first through community building

We believe learning happens in a community but refugees and displaced people often find themselves isolated and with little contact to wider communities. That is why the digital Kiron Campus includes extensive community features such as message boards, chats, and digital classrooms which connect students all over the world to form a vibrant community online. We are really proud of the support that our students give to each other and we want to enable them to do more. Help us to expand our community features on the campus to create an even larger fellowship of students worldwide.
