Digital Innovation for International Education
How digitalization and internationalization improve academic opportunities
International education is a valuable asset to our globalized world. By promoting student mobility and institutional cooperation, international education contributes to inter-connected and sustainable realities. Digital innovations can play a central role here to adapt study offers to heterogeneous student needs and develop scalable solutions which can help a growing number of students access and succeed in higher education.
At Kiron Annual Meetup 2019, we explored the benefits and challenges of internationalization of higher education through digital innovations. Together, we wanted to understand the impact of digitalization and international academic networks on integrating new and international student groups. In four thematic workshops, we discussed best practices.
